Keynote Speaker
Mr David Ng
Graduated at UCL (University College London) for MA Sociology of Childhood and Children's Rights, Sociology, Mr David Ng is the Co-Founder of eHelp Association and Founding Member of Kids' Dream.
Possessing extensive experiences in community development, project management, policy advocacy, ICT in education (media and digital literacy), capacity building and media communication, Mr Ng has organised regional children and youth forums and workshops in Bangkok, Beijing, Delhi, Hong Kong, Macau, Seoul, Singapore and Taipei and has been invited as speaker to share community engagement strategy and internet safety policies at International platforms, including United Nations Internet Governance Forum (UNIGF) and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) meeting.
Most recently, Mr Ng has been working as a research coordinator with Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) to conduct educational research in Hong Kong.
